Accommodation for 8 – 12 guests is available in the two-story homestead - bookings are essential.

Prices start from $195.00 per room per night and includes most activities. Meals are not included in this price.

* Privacy and seclusion is available by booking an entire floor or complete homestead (price on application)

2 NIGHTS

$725.00 per person twin share

  • 2 nights Accommodation in a deluxe room with ensuite including all meals
  • Cooked Breakfast, Morning Tea, Picnic Lunch or Lunch at the homestead, Cheese & Crackers and a complimentary wine or beer at sunset
  • Dinner. - 1st night either three courses around camp fire or BBQ on Patio,
  • 2nd night Seafood Banquet or 3 courses chosen off menu
  • Watching the Alkoomie dogs work the cattle and participating
  • Horse ride - Two hour (longer rides can be organised at extra cost)
  • Helping to feed the farm animals
  • Tour and walk the privately owned eco park including a swim at Pandanus Palms rock pool and waterfall
  • A game of golf on the Alkoomie golf course
  • Stargazing through a telescope
  • Pick up and return Cooktown/Alkoomie/Cooktown
  • Return flights Cairns/Cooktown/Cairns available at an extra cost of $285.00
  • Indulge yourself completely and fly from Cairns to Alkoomie by helicopter (price on application)

3 NIGHTS PACKAGE

Same as above but on the third day a tour of Cooktown including:

  • Guurrbi Tours of ancient Aboriginal Rock Art with a Nugal-warra Elder,
  • Grassy Hill,
  • The James Cook Museum,
  • Pioneer Cemetery and Chinese Shrine,
  • Natures Powerhouse,
  • Lunch overlooking the Endeavour River

Diving, Snorkelling and fishing on the Great Barrier Reef can be substituted for the Cooktown Tour (additional cost) or stay another day to complete the Cooktown experience

Camping

Camping accommodation is available in our furnished, self-contained, all-weather tents. Our tents are elevated off the ground and most importantly, they are insect proof! Ideal for couples or families.

Camping: self-contained - $40 per person, per night

Camping: up to 6 people - $100 per tent, per night
